How it works

Three steps.

    Apply for a business account with your company details, registration and VAT number. Two minutes.

  2. Approval.

    We check your application, usually within one working day.

  3. Log in and order.

    Log in with the same e-mail address. You see your trade price excl. VAT everywhere, with the RRP and your margin next to it, and you order directly.

Short and clear: these are the terms for business customers of WicoTreats.

Who can order

Businesses with a company registration and VAT number. Once approved, you see your trade prices and can order.

Prices and margin

All prices are trade prices excl. VAT. Every product shows the RRP; sell at that price and you keep over 36% margin.

Minimum order

None. Order what you need, even a single bag.

Shipping

Netherlands and Belgium: €12 per order, free from €250 excl. VAT. Other EU countries: by weight, shown at checkout.

VAT

In the Netherlands we add 21% VAT at checkout. If we deliver to another EU country and you have a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse charged (0%).

Payment and lead time

Your first order is paid in advance, after that by invoice with 14 days. Items in stock ship right away; otherwise about 2 weeks, because we buy fresh and have it dried by our drying partners.

Display stand

Free with your order, with room for 12 varieties. The stand remains the property of WicoTreats.

Private label and bulk

Private label from 5 pieces per product, labelling is free. Unlabelled bulk per 1, 5 or 10 kilos appears in the shop after approval.

Hi, I'm Chalitino.

Pet food has been in our family since 1993. In 2025, at nineteen, I started WicoTreats.

Our drying partners do the drying; we weigh and pack everything ourselves in Swalmen in Limburg. That way we know exactly what's in the bag, and we tell you too. Our motto: we have nothing to hide.

Our treats are sold in pet shops, grooming salons and dog schools in more than 15 countries.

What do I see without an account?

The whole range with recommended retail prices. Your trade prices excl. VAT appear after logging in with an approved business account.

How much margin do I keep?

Over 36% at our RRP. Every product shows your trade price, the RRP and your margin.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order what you need. Shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium costs €12 and is free from €250 excl. VAT.

How does VAT work?

All prices are excl. VAT. In the Netherlands 21% is added at checkout. If we deliver to another EU country and you have a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse charged and you pay 0%.

Can I pay by invoice?

Where do the treats come from?

We buy the raw material fresh within Europe and have it dried by our drying partners. We weigh and pack in-house in Swalmen, Limburg. Composition and analysis are shown with every product and on every label.

Can I sell under my own brand?
