Ordering & Shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. You'll receive a track & trace code as soon as your package has been scanned.
You'll see the shipping costs during checkout. We often ship for free above a certain order amount – check the notification in the shopping cart or banner at the top of the site.
Yes, that's possible! You can pick up your order at Wico Diervoeding, Maalbroekweg 1b, 6071 NS Swalmen , during opening hours. Select "Pick up" at checkout.
Products & ingredients
Yes. We work with pure, recognizable ingredients and avoid artificial fragrances, colors, and flavors.
Most of our snacks are grain-free. To be sure, always check the ingredients on the label of each product.
We source from reliable partners both within and outside the EU. Packaging and quality control are handled locally by Wico Diervoeding in Swalmen.
Storage & shelf life
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Close the packaging tightly after opening. For frozen products: store at -18°C and do not refreeze after thawing.
Returns & Service
You can return unopened, saleable products within 14 days (except fresh/frozen). Contact us for instructions and terms and conditions.
We're happy to resolve this. Email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos; we'll respond quickly with a suitable solution.
