Yes, and that's a good sign! Natural products differ in color, shape, and size depending on the animal. So no mass-produced uniformity — every bag is unique, the quality is the same.

We hand-pack in Limburg, produce in small batches (thus minimal waste), and consciously choose packaging that keeps the snacks fresh for a long time — the most sustainable snack is one that doesn't have to be thrown away.

Yes — unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened bags (it's still food, after all). You can find all the details on our returns page.
