Products
What kind of treats do you sell?
Natural, dried dog treats: chews such as hide, bully sticks and hooves, ears, feet and necks, training treats and fish. Every product tells you which animal it comes from.
Where do the treats come from?
Our treats are dried by our drying partners. We weigh and pack them ourselves, in Swalmen in Limburg. Want to know exactly where a product comes from? Send us a message and we'll tell you.
Why does every animal have its own colour?
So you can quickly find what you're looking for in the shop. Chicken is yellow, beef is red, rabbit is pink. Click an animal and you'll see all its treats.
Your dog
Is this OK for my puppy?
Chews aren't meant for very young puppies. Not sure about a treat? Feel free to send us a message.
How do I store the treats?
Dry, cool and well sealed. Always give your dog fresh water with them and stay close while they chew.
How many can my dog have a day?
Treats are an extra on top of your dog's regular food. How many is right depends on your dog's size and how active they are. Count the treats as part of their daily food.
Ordering
How much is shipping?
Netherlands and Belgium: €12 per order, free from €250 excl. VAT. Other EU countries by weight; the amount is shown at checkout. More at Shipping and returns.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Because it's food for your dog, we only take back packs that are still sealed. You can read how it works in our returns policy.
Can I order as a business?
WicoTreats supplies businesses only. Do you have a pet shop, grooming salon, dog school or webshop? Apply for a business account. Once approved, you see your trade price excl. VAT everywhere and can order.
How do prices and VAT work?
All prices are trade prices excl. VAT. In the Netherlands 21% is added at checkout; if we deliver to another EU country with a valid VAT number, VAT is 0%.
