Not happy with your order? No worries. As long as the packaging is sealed, everything can be returned. See below for three steps on how it works.
Register your return
Send us an email with your order number and which products you would like to return.
Ship your parcel
You will receive return instructions from us. Please package everything securely and send it to us.
Money back
Once your return has been received, we will refund the amount within 14 days via your original payment method.

- Ongeopende producten in de originele, gesloten verpakking
- Binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst
- Verkeerd geleverde of beschadigde producten (meld dit binnen 48 uur)
Dit kunnen we niet terugnemen
- Geopende verpakkingen — om hygiënische redenen (het blijft eten!)
- Producten die speciaal voor jou zijn samengesteld (zoals proefpakketten op maat)
- Producten die langer dan 14 dagen in huis zijn
Terugbetaling
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method you used. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we made a mistake – in which case we will take care of everything.
