How it works

In three steps.

  1. Apply.

    Fill in the form below with your company details, KvK (company registration) number and VAT number.

  2. Approval.

    We check your application, usually within one working day.

  3. Log in and order.

    Log in with the same e-mail address. You see your trade price excl. VAT everywhere, with the RRP and your margin next to it, and you order directly.

All prices on the site are trade prices excl. VAT. Every product shows the RRP; sell at that price and you keep over 36% margin. No complicated price lists.

Short and clear: these are the terms for WicoTreats business customers.

Who can order

Businesses with a KvK number (or a foreign company registration number) and a VAT number. Once your application is approved, you'll see your business prices and can place orders.

Prices and VAT

All prices are trade prices excl. VAT; every product shows the RRP and your margin. In the Netherlands 21% VAT is added at checkout. If we deliver to another EU country with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse charged (0%).

Minimum order

No minimum. Order what you need.

Shipping

Netherlands and Belgium: €12 per order, free from €250 excl. VAT. Other EU countries: by weight, shown at checkout.

Payment

You pay for your first order in advance. After that, you can order on invoice, with 14-day payment terms.

Delivery time

Anything in stock ships straight away. If something is sold out, it takes about 2 weeks: we buy fresh and have it dried by our drying partners.

Display stand

Free with your order. The stand remains the property of WicoTreats.

Private label and bulk

Private label from 5 pieces per product, labelling is free. Unlabelled bulk per 1, 5 or 10 kilos appears in the shop after approval.

How do I see my business prices?

Log in with the e-mail address from your application. Once approved, "Trade prices" appears at the top and you see your price excl. VAT everywhere, with the RRP and your margin.

How do prices and VAT work?

All prices are trade prices excl. VAT. In the Netherlands 21% is added at checkout; if we deliver to another EU country with a valid VAT number, VAT is 0%.

Can I order on invoice?

Yes, from your second order. You pay for your first order in advance.

What is bulk?

Unlabelled treats by the kilo, to pack yourself or sell loose. You'll see bulk in the shop as soon as you're logged in with an approved business account.

Can I sell under my own brand?

Yes, with private label. Read more on Private label.

Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?

Yes. We supply shops in more than 15 countries. If you're outside the Netherlands and have a valid EU VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged.
